At this time, we are buying mineral and royalty interests in the following Ohio counties: Belmont, Carroll, Guernsey, Harrison, Jefferson, Monroe, Morgan, Noble, and Washington.
Call or email the land representative that mailed you the letter. They will answer any questions you may have about the possible interest.
We will send you some paperwork, including a Purchase and Sale Agreement, a Deed, and a W-9. Review everything over prior to signing.
Sign and notarize the paperwork. Once you have signed and notarized the documents, mail them off using the prepaid envelope we provided.
